I read it somewhere when situations are not well in your life change the vision to observe it. It means your vision or your reaction to the problem is the first step to fixing it. No one likes a stressful life or a sad emotion or struggle in life but when you start believing differently you will learn the significance of sadness and struggles in life. Because these sentiments give the cruciality to your happiness and success. Without misery, there is no value for joy and victories. That is why I believe, the undesirable emotions of human life encourage us for better living because emotions are base of life. Just imagine if your life is full of joy, full of victory, you have everything you wished for that time you will not get the value of these things because it will be your habit to be happy and satisfied every day but human psychology says a human can easily get fatigued with the same things. human every day wants many different things to live life. I would prefer to exemplify it more specifically if every day is Sunday you will not be amazed or excited about Sunday right? The same thing happens with life. We can stay happy for a long time but at the same time, it will decrease the value of happiness it is a blind truth.
More to the point your struggles, sad stories, bad experience, and failures give you ample chances every day to live life more energetically. you must say, this kind of thing tell you, you are alive man show us your superiority to prove your living dexterities'. Let's talk more scientifically, your breath is very vital for your aliveness. Just try it once, when you laugh you don't need to breathe in, you just exhale the breath while laughing, but when you want to cry you have to take a deep breath first. For aliveness, you have to inhale breathe similarly exhale breathe both are very valuable things of life same as happiness and sadness. You start something you won twice and suddenly in your third attempt, you failed still you try it again and again then no doubt you will precisely quadruple your powers. Nothing is wrong when you feel bleakest. sometimes things go very bad and you feel dumb at that time your sobriety evaporates the turmoil of your mind. Your emotions keep you alive every day. When you bear with something your restraint nature increases your belief to live life. I ponder, when you are in misery and you are trying to escape from it without any fight, it will be very ludicrous to your existence. If you are not capable or you do have not that much confidence to settle some issues in your life means you are already dead. If you want a palatable life you must have to amplify some good-bad experiences in your life. Your experiences are the greatest ingredients to make your life dish very fascinating.
When you gaze at something you think twice about it, once you think about it positively then u think negatively. If we all think with two different aspects, then why our life should be happy only. God is super knowledgeable about human life that is why he must add all the bad and good occasions in human lives. What do you do when you are in a nasty mood or you are under stress? You might find some fresh ideas to soothe your turbulent mind indirectly your strain gives you the notion to live jovially or to behave actively. If any sort of thing helps you to be active it means that thing is causing you to breathe. You have to appreciate your failures sometimes because that losses only give you the strength to handle them and reveal your inbuilt leverages. Your failures give you a chance to crystalize your life.
Remember this, if, in your life speed-deterioration, victory-failure, progress-regress, happiness-sadness are all hit you every day means those are the signs of your aliveness. Notice it, If there is no struggle there is no progress.
Hence, enjoy all of the emotions of your life. Enjoy the process of life. Build your every experience as a precious memory. Stay alive with all the emotions because these are key to your prosperous life. If you don't fail you will not be able to understand the value of achievements. Well-known author and activist Bryant McGill said, "choose thoughts that give you the emotions of being alive and excited about life." If you want a great happy ending in your life you have to survive all the emotions of life because this is the extremely meaningful step towards a cheerful life.
