In this day and age, social media has become an integral part of our lives. In the past, people used to do daily morning tasks after waking up, but nowadays people browse their social media after waking up for the first 20 to 30 minutes. Social media is a system that does not allow a human to get drilled, new things are constantly surfacing and we can say that humans are stuck in it while gawking. Social media is a circle from which humans can not easily come out. Of course, there is no way out of the circle. Social media has glued to humans like a magnet.
According
to a 2019-2020 worldwide survey, a person spends an average of 145 minutes to
200 minutes on social media in a day. In addition, he checks his phone
every 10-15 minutes a day, and supreme of all, he never gets bored. WhatsApp
status chats, Instagram stories-reels, YouTube, and Facebook he plays all the time. However,
while watching it he neglects the outside world. Yes, individuals forget everything like thirst, hunger, work, etc., etc... If we evaluate our 24 hours, we receive 8
hours for sleep, 8 hours for work and after these all we spent the rest of the
time on social media, yes is it serious !...
However, there are numerous side effects and some favorable things you can get from using social media as well. But
overuse of social media can be malignant for youth...As we all know, excessive use of mobiles has
reduced the physical activity of human beings, additionally it weakening the physique plus brain of
the new generation. I would prefer to say, instead of using social media teens should
focus on their studies and career. The reason for that, their future must be made
successful by progress. As long as, new and old things keep coming on social
media but your time will not come back so you should pay maximum attention to
your work and future. Parents should spend aware of the fact that their child
should use mobile for a minimum period.
Nowadays our education, work, and all the important things in daily life are done online but apart from that time you should at least go offline and you have to go for some physical activity to reinforce the power of your brain and body, give some time to meditate. Sequentially, face-to-face communication is very important with our elders.
We have to think about it. Open the window beyond social media and see the environment around you. There is no other pleasure like this when you see nature around you with all your heart. So stay connected with nature as much as possible then you will feel always happy.
