 Hello, I have a question for you. What is the basic rudiment meaning of ''Silence?''  I believe the basic meaning of silence is the absence of words, noise, or sound.  Am I right? Illustrious guru Buddha said “Silence the angry man with love. Silence the ill-natured man with kindness. Silence the miser with generosity. Silence the liar with truth. what a tremendous idea and meaning of silence. Hence, almost all Buddhist traditions maintain some practice of noble silence, to varying degrees. That's not surprising considering the Buddha in the earliest texts speaks often in praise of silence. Hey readers, do you know the benefits of silence? here it is! Silence can have numerous positive benefits in various aspects of life. Here are some ways in which silence can be beneficial:


1)Reflection and self-awareness: 

Have you ever thought about silence, self-awareness, and reflection in a row? If not you must think about it.        What is the first thing that entered your mind when you see this title?  Unknowingly, a decision came to your mind and you decide to read it completely, right?  Making decisions is an innate aspect of life. According to human psychology, we take 1000+ decisions in a day. Yes! it's fundamentally true, let me exemplify it,  as following your day, in the night when you go to sleep, you have to decide about your tomorrow's waking time. Unconsciously, you make the main decision of your next day that when to start your day, in line with your work, plans, etc. In the morning you decide to get up, at that time again unconsciously, your mind survives in the process of making 50 to 100 decisions about your morning routine only. E.g. what to do today? how to do it? How to do that? Why do I need to do it? when to do it? etc.  It can be about anything, like your shower, your pending or new work, your breakfast, your today's dress, when to charge your phone, when to leave for office, when to reach office, on time or late? what to cook for lunch, what about dinner, how to give a presentation in a meeting, how to respond when your nasty neighbours ask you any uncomfortable questions when to call your loved one, how much time you have to spend on the phone, when to turn on the tv or when to turn it off, how to go to office today. Additionally, in this situation you are like, let's go walking, no no I will prefer the bus or I will use my car or bike.... ok let me think...ok I should go walking, as I decided to walk some miles every day for my health.

Because you decide it's your happiness or sadness when you enact to decide something. In your mind, you decide about that aspect like it's a happiness to me or it's a sadness to me. The moral of the story, nothing can knock you out without your consent or your decision in your whole life. 

       Moreover, humans are very selective about their decision and elements. First and foremost, when you enact to make decisions in your life, you start thinking about them very hastily. Chiefly, you try to expend your all energy to make an extraordinary decision in your life. More so, as u get wiser you learn to make numerous decisions about your life. Because, in the end, only you will be responsible for your life decision and achievement. As I mentioned above, the power to make decisions is innate in the human body because you start making decisions at a very young age, when children are getting 4 years old they start making decisions for themselves as per the worldwide toddler survey. You will be surprised while reading it, but it is true, as a toddler, that your first decision is choosing your people. At a very young age, you start to make decisions about your people. I would like to personify it, you decide with whom you want to go or not, even you select your friends to play with, you decide your favourite food. Afterwards, you start believing and making decisions about your school then college after college your career and endless things you decide in your life. Furthermore, human decisional power has no limit, as it's an inbuilt superpower of humans. More to the point, I conceive, life is all about making abundant decisions every day. Specifically, individuals are in habit of making some little and some vast decisions each day. Also, decisions are the invisible core of your life, that is why decisions possess an incredibly crucial position in human life. Plus, your decisions personify your whole existence because indirectly your decisions, amplify your life remotely. Undoubtedly, the decision gives the manual for your life.
